The Home Inspector Group of Companies is based in Formby. Situated on the north-west coast of England we serve the local area of Merseyside, as well as attracting business from all across the country.
The Home Inspector Group of companies formed in 2006 with Homeinspectoreu Ltd providing training for Domestic Energy Assessors. Home Inspector Certification Ltd (HIC) followed shortly and was approved by the Government in 2007 as a certification body for Domestic Energy Assessors and Home Inspectors. Hipy Ltd completes the group as a company, providing Home Information Packs and panel management for estate agents.
