OCDEA Training Courses £3,000 + VAT - register online today for any of our courses

From 6th April 2008 all new build domestic properties must have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) i.e. an On-Construction Energy Assessor must provide an EPC for domestic properties being constructed before they can be handed over to the client as complete. This will also apply if a building is converted into fewer or more units and changes are made to the heating, hot water provision or air conditioning/ventilation services.

It is estimated that Energy Performance Certificates will be required for approximately 150,000 newly constructed dwellings per annum.

Courses suitable for DEAs to upgrade to produce Energy Performance Certificates for new build properties, and for existing SAP assessors to produce the required EPCs.
